VIC – GIS Civil and Mining (VGCM) is registered as a category 1 BBBEE business founded since 2012. VGCM is 100% black owned and founded as operations contracting and consulting company specialising in Tailings Dams civil engineering and mining residue services(Tailing Dams). The founder, Tebogo Ditle has over 20 years progressive and responsible experience in the civil engineering construction and mining residue (Tailing dams) in South Africa and West African countries.
Our company specialises in providing operational expertise solutions, implementation of quality control and assurance to provide focus on production strategy, design and operational alignment processes. We provide quality services for these projects with a full range of flexible and specialized construction services and add on services.
We have the necessary capability for sourcing all appropriate technical resources needed for successful civil engineering and construction projects and mine residue (Tailings Dams), water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
